I believe you should understand what financial advice costs before deciding whether to work with me.
Ridge & Republic Financial is a fee-only registered investment adviser. I am compensated directly by clients for financial planning and investment management.
I do not receive commissions for selling financial products.

$500-5,000 depending on complexity and nuance.
One-time financial planning engagements are priced based on the scope and complexity of the work.
Examples may include retirement planning, Social Security analysis, Roth conversion analysis, investment analysis, or other defined financial planning questions.
$6,000 annually, billed $1,500 per quarter in arrears (after service)
For clients who want continued planning support and access ongoing financial planning is available and billed quarterly in arrears.
Fees are agreed upon before the engagement begins and clients may cancel at any time in writing. I am paid only for time under engagement.
1.00% annually of Assets Under Management.
Investment management fees are 1.00% annually and billed quarterly in arrears.
Ridge & Republic generally has a $25,000 account minimum, which may be waived under certain circumstances.
The asset-based advisory fee includes financial planning services provided as part of the client's ongoing portfolio management relationship specific to the assets under management. No separate financial planning fee is charged for financial planning services included within that relationship for that asset.
A client may separately engage RARF for the Ongoing Comprehensive Planning Services when the client desires a broader scope that applies to their wider financial picture and not specifically the asset under management.
$400 per hour
Custom financial, business, or strategic consulting provided on a one-time or as-needed basis. This may include insight on topics beyond typical financial planning or portfolio management — such as business analysis, investment education, or project-specific advisory work. Billed in quarter hour increments in arrears. Signed agreement required.
Clients who engage RARF for both Ongoing Comprehensive Planning and Portfolio Management will receive a dollar-for-dollar credit against the Ongoing Comprehensive Planning fee for asset-based advisory fees charged by RARF during the same quarterly billing period.
The quarterly Ongoing Comprehensive Planning fee will be reduced by the asset-based advisory fee charged for that quarter, but will not be reduced below zero.
Accordingly, once the applicable asset-based advisory fee equals or exceeds the quarterly Ongoing Comprehensive Planning fee, no separate Ongoing Comprehensive Planning fee will be charged for that quarter.
